About Sandra

I am honoured to have worked with children, adults and families for 30 years. I work with anyone motivated to make changes so that life feels easier.  I work at the pace and with the therapeutic model that best suits the client.  We work together to find insights and understanding, some in great pain and unable to see solutions. Lives can have little hiccups or long term trauma that feel heavy and unbearable.  We work on a brief item or look to the past to unravel the connections. 

Insurance Sandra is an Associate with Dr. Dalton and Associates, Clinical Psychologist, who will act in a supervisory role. This allows you to receive maximum treatment benefits from both myself and Dr. Dalton and use your extended Health Benefits from insurance companies to cover this service.
